Come and learn to fly fish on the fabulous River Tweed. Open to all, absolute beginners are very welcome.

September is the finest month to fish for trout in the fishing year, as the trout start to pack on weight for the breeding season

We are holding a full-day fly-fishing school for people who want to learn to fly fish or improve their techniques for brown trout.

There will be one guide to two fishers on the day

• Wet fly fishing
• Euro Nymphing
• Czech Nymphing
• Fly presentation
• Watercraft & fly selection

Casting:

• Overhead casting
• Roll casting

Full tuition will be given.

We supply rods, reels, lines, flies, waders, wading jackets, wading
staffs permits/licenses and guide/instructor.

Bring food and drinks and eye protection, dark or ordinary glasses

The maximum number is six people.
